Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement to make it right.
Nonrefundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, or gift cards. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of order placement. If your order has already been fulfilled, refunds cannot be issued.
